▬▬▬ Ingredients▬▬▬- Aloo ki Sabji and Kachori
- Prepared 20 pieces of kachori
- and aloo ki sabji for 5 people
- Ingredients:
- 1/2 Cup Coriander Leaves
- 1/2 Cup Fennel Seeds
- 4 Tbsp Cumin Seeds
- 1 Tsp Cloves
- 1 Tbsp Black Pepper
- 1 Tsp Nag Kesar/ Ceylon ironwood
- 3 Black Cardamom
- 5 Star Aniseed
- 3 Green Cardamom
- 1 Piece Cinnamon Stick
- 15- 20 Whole Kashmiri Red Chilli (can Increase Decrease as per Taste)
- 6 Tbsp Dry Mango Powder
- 1 Tbsp Asafoetida
- 11/2 Tbsp Turmeric Powder
- 11/2 Tsp Black Salt
- 11/2 Tsp Plain Salt
- 1 Tbsp Sugar
- 1/2 Cup Mota Besan
- Make Masala as Explained in Video
- 5 Big Size Boiled Potatoes
- Add Mustard Oil
- 7 Tbsp Spice Mix-Prepared above mixed in one cup Hot Water
- 3 Tbsp Crushed Fennel & Coriander Seeds
- 1 Tbsp Green Chillie Paste
- 1 Tbsp Ginger Paste
- 2 to 3 Tbsp Mint Paste
- 2 Tbsp Dry Fenugreek Leaves
- Handful of Coriander Leaves
- 1/2 Cup Curd
- Taste and add salt Accordingly
- Pinch of Tatri/ Citric Acid
- 4 Tbsp Ghee
- 1 Tsp Cumin Seeds
- 1/2 Tsp Red Chilli Powder
- Pinch of Asafoetida Powder
- Kachori making
- 1/2 Kg Refined Flour
- 1 Tbsp Semolina/ Sooji
- 1/2 Cup Ghee and Oil mix as explained in Video
- Around 1 Cup Lukewarm water
- Make Dough as explained in Video
- 1/2 Cup Urad Dal
- 1/2 Cup Mota Besan
- 1/2 Tsp Asafoetida Powder
- 3 Tbsp Fennel & Coriander Crushed
- 1 Tbsp Green Chillie paste
- 1/2 Cup Kachori Masala
- 1 Tbsp Red Chilli Powder
- 11/2 cup water
- 2 Tbsp Refined Oil

- FRY in hot oil as Explained
